Nice basic weather station

Nice easy to read numbers and icons. The outdoor temp. sensor is great bonus on a unit with such a low price. Mount your outside sensor on a northern exposure so you don't get any false readings due to sun exposue.

Great Results

The Wireless weather station has proved just what I needed. In New England, the old adage, "If you don't like the weather now, just wait a few minutes" is so true. The weather station gives one a prediction of upcoming weather as well as what is happening right now. My first purchase lasted for over three years, until the external monitor was knocked off by the dog and landed in a snow drift. When I retrieved it after the melt, the water had destroyed it. I replaced the whole kit and took the display to another room of the house. I look at the weather station every day, first thing in the morning. What a great product!

really helpful information

I bought the woreless weather station so I could tell the temperature without going to the door and opening it. I walk with difficulty, but even more important I don't have to let in the outside air to know how it is. My house remains cool in Summer if I leave the doors and windows closed. In the late afternoon it does heat up. I can look at the weather station to know when it might be useful to open the door for the cool breeze. Where I live I don't need air conditioning, so I am not saving on that, but if I did need it I would definitely be saving a lot. I expect that knowing the outside temperature this winter will be very helpful as well. I also like the big clock face on the weather station. Best of all, the price is right!!!
