How much sunlight do I need to grow herbs indoors?

For indoor herb growing, we recommend placing your garden near a window that gets quite a bit of sunlight (most herbs need around 6-8 hours of sunlight per day). If that's not possible, you can always go with our self-watering growlight garden.

What else can I grow indoors?

At Gardener's Edge, we offer a wide variety of non-GMO microgreens, sprouts, and fungi to kick off your indoor gardening journey. Once you get the hang of those, it's an easy transition to herbs like chive, mint, parsley, basil, and thyme.

While most gardening takes place outdoors, indoor gardening is an easy and often-overlooked way to add beauty and functionality to your home. For more indoor gardening accessories, check out our indoor plant stands, planters, grow lights and stands, and the rest of our indoor gardening products.
