I bought three of these for a client in a new landscape installation. I love the product, it is heavy duty and handles all sizes of garden hoses well. One improvement would be to make the swivel lockable in diffent positions for rolling up the hoses. Other than that, I highly suggest this product and will continue to install it in our landscape installations.

I've seen these reels in hardware stores but without the swivel; the fact that this swings out 180 degrees is a big plus to me. I can wander all over the backyard, it follows and easily rolls up. Sturdy construction too.
