- Usage: For Seeding Projects and Topdressing Use to Recondition Lawns
- Ingredients: Composted manure, sphagnum peat moss, and aged bark

- For Lawn Maintenance:
- Top dress with 1/4” to 1/2” of Monhegan Blend at least once a year
- Best applied in spring or late fall
- Use a spreader or broadcast by hand, lightly rake to level, tamp or roll, seed, and water
- For overseeding and repairs, mix Monhegan Blend with seed before spreading
- For Filling Holes & Low Spots:
- Fill low spots in lawn with Monhegan Blend
- Overfill the hole, tamp down, smooth with a rake, then seed, mulch, and water
- For Conditioning Beds & Gardens:
- Work 2 inches of Monhegan Blend into the top 4 to 6 inches of poor garden soil
- For established beds and gardens, top dress with 1–2 inches of Monhegan Blend
