Return Policy

Please call our customer service department at 888-556-5676 (Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm, Saturday: 8am-12pm EST) for a return authorization number BEFORE returning merchandise.

We sell only new items, and warrant them in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty policy. We realize the need to actually see and handle an item to know if it is acceptable. Therefore, you may return any item to us within 30 days, new or used. Special orders, close-outs, and spare parts are not returnable.
