Inventory for orders will only be held with full payment.
For orders with requested future ship dates additional shipping costs are likely to be incurred, due to rising freight costs.
If additional services are required, such as inside delivery, lift gate truck, customs cleared, inland or on-carriage, or other accommodations, please specify this when placing your order for a revised quote. If these requirements are not stated at the time of freight quotation, the quote is invalid and additional charges will apply after shipment. Failure to provide a valid address, contact name, or contact information that impedes delivery will result in additional charges.
Statement on Shipping Carrier Delays:
Currently, all Shipping Carriers are experiencing delivery delays. Once we have shipped your order, often the delivery date is uncertain and can take longer than expected.
Backorder and Ship Complete Policy:
We apologize for any inconvenience however, currently if any items on your order are out of stock and not available to ship, then your entire order will be held to ship complete for up to 10 business days. If this item’s expected in stock date exceeds 10 business days, we will ship all available items at time of order.
For orders less than $100. currently if any items on your order are out of stock and not available to ship, then your entire order will be held until all items are available to ship complete.

The rates above apply only to ground shipping from UPS or FedEx for the 48 contiguous states. Outside 48 states or Motor Freight, please call for pricing. Items requiring oversized UPS service will require an additional fee. Drop Ship:
Some of our items ship directly from the manufacturer and may require additional time and/or shipping charges. If expedited shipping service is needed please contact us. If this applies to your order, you will be notified PRIOR to shipping and PRIOR to being charged. Customers in Alaska and Hawaii:

For orders of 120 pounds or more, items marked in our catalog as “motor freight delivery”, or a combination of items which may exceed the size and weight requirements of our ground carrier must be shipped by motor freight/common carrier. Standard shipping charges will not apply; Gardeners Edge will contact you with delivery rates for your order BEFORE it ships and BEFORE you are charged.Fast Ground Delivery:
Most orders ship within 24 hours from our distribution center located in Piqua, OH. We ship all ground orders using UPS or USPS carrier services. Please note, the size and weight of some items and orders may require a specific carrier service to be used and the most economical shipping method will always be chosen.
Important! UPS is unable to deliver to P.O. Box numbers; please provide a complete street address for prompt delivery. If a P.O. Box is the only address provided, USPS is the only carrier choice to ship the order. If additional charges are accrued due to size/weight of item/order we will contact you to pay those additional shipping charges.
Please allow at least 10 business days for delivery before calling on order status. You will be notified if we cannot ship within 30 days. All items purchased from Gardeners Edge are made to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Gardeners Edge is not responsible or liable for any damage arising from shipment.
