Great Shovel, Excellent Value

2011-09-30

Great shovel for the Landscaping Industry. When digging in compacted or heavy soil, it has enough mass to power through without being cumbersome. Sturdy with a good feel. My crews have not been able to destroy too many of these. Well worth the price f

Bad A** Shovel

2011-09-26

This is the only shovel I've used that does not snap at the neck in 1-3 months. I bought a dozen two years ago. They have sun faded and not yet broken. Definitely worth the money. The round and square point shovels are the same type and quality.

Great Shovel!

2011-09-26

We use round point shovels to dig holes to plant trees in hard, rocky soil. We have broken several, including one with an unbreakable handle! This shovel is holding up very well. And, since it is an A.M. Leonard, it is guaranteed if it should ever fail.

Great Shovel Head, Weak Handle

2011-09-26

Very satisfied with the business end of this shovel but unfortunately the crews seem to be breaking the handles too easily.

Excellent shovel, especially for the price.

2011-09-24

Our company bought several of these shovels. We haven't used them a lot yet, but so far they work as well as we hoped. We have very heavy clay soil and breaking a shovel handle is not uncommon, but these shovels are doing fine.

One tough shovel

2011-09-24

Live in N Ca. Ground is mostly clay and like concrete this time of year. You do more 'prying' than digging. Had this shovel for 3 mo and have relentlessly beat the crap out of it. Seems I dont know how many other shovels fold in half this time of year. Not this one. Good tool at good price.

Good feel

2011-09-23

This shovel has a good feel to it - it's well balanced and sturdy. And the scoop holds a good amount of dirt without most of it falling off before landing where it's supposed to go.

Great product, hard working

We go through quite a few shovels along the way and these have really stood the test of time. They are durable and rarely have issues.
