No Comparison

If you can show me a sharper more ergogenic pruner, I'll buy it. After having the best pruners in my hand for over 30 years, nothing else even comes close, period.

Great pruners

This pruner is a great addition to my tool kit - equal to the classic Felco pruners I have used for years. Very easy in the hand. Sharp.

Best for bamboo

2011-07-18

Bamboo is both super fibrous and high silica which is very hard to cut with regular clippers. The bamboo nursery uses these exclusively.

Great pair of pruners.

The latch alone makes this pruner worth the money, you can open and close them one handed by sliding the back along your hip, and unlike many other pruners, they stay unlocked until you want them locked. They also come super sharp and stay that way without needing to be sharpened, which makes for nice consistent cuts. I like the way these feel in my hand a lot better than felcos or other bulkier pruners, and they have held up extremely well, especially given the daily abuse I submit them to at work. Well worth the money if you are in the market for a top of the line pruner.
