I purchased the amaryllis as a Christmas gift for my mother who has 2 green thumbs!!! Each stalk had 4 red and white striped blooms. We loved it.

Last Christmas we were given a red and white amyrillis plant and we have thoroughly enjoyed the beauty of this plant. It is a red and white stripe and started blooming with 4 large flowers. They have since died but now we have one large flower with another bloom ready to open soon. What a joy to see this beautiful plant when everything is so ugly and depressing this time of year. As soon as everything is done blooming we will discontinue watering and put it in a darker spot - hoping it will decide to re-bloom again in the future. Thank you. Bill and Linda C
