You get the full flow of water through this valve, it is well-made, and I don't have to worry about the lever coming off, unlike others I have tried. It is great.
Have bought shutoffs in the past that were much more expensive and broke within 2 weeks, these shutoffs are tough and durable.
Had it on the end of a hand irrigation line with a Dramm nozzele on the end. Is useful to adjust flow and to ensure that 'off is off' when not in use. Seems solid so far and does the job.
Bought one for each greenhouse to reduce water waste between tables/plants. Threads fit hoses and wands very well with no leaks. Construction is much sturdier than other plastic shutoffs I have used. Definately recommend especially for the cost.
These have been better than the more expensive well known brand that I had nothing but problems with. I will buy these from now on.
I think the shut off valve is really nicely made. It has a decent sized handle and does turn off completly without leaks. I originally bought it for a freind's mother so she could easly operate it and shut off the hose without going back to the bib. She says it works great for her and saves her some walking back and forth. I also have them on my hoses and am very pleased with the quality and convenience. Thank you. I live in rural New York State.
