I can not tell you how many garden tools that I have broken or bent working in our Oklahoma clay soil. Finding a hand trowel that holds up to our soil is hard to find. This Steel Nursery Trowel works, doesn't bend, and doesn't break. You will have it the rest of your life!!!

Simply the best. Compact, sturdy. In Texas dirt it works! This is my second purchase for same item - cried when I lost the first one after 16 years.

5 Stars Handy Tool

from FL wrote :

I love this little trowel. It has good weight, feels very sturdy and we put it to the test digging up small bushes, etc. It is very well made and we expect to have it for a long time. The only drawback possibly is that I lost it in the grass a couple of times so had to paint the handle red. Otherwise it is a great buy.

5 Stars Great Working Grade Tool

from CA wrote :

As a professional landscaper I am always digging. Often I need to perform repairs on irrigation systems in tight areas with lots of hard soil and roots. This is the tool that gets it done!

5 Stars Best Design of Any Trowel

My grandson lost my old trowel. I needed a replacement. I purchased this trowel and I unwrapped it the day I came to plant bulbs. It works great. The wooden handle is very comfortable. It fits my artheritic hand comfortablely. The paint coating releases my dirt and it is easy to clean up.

5 Stars A Gardeners Essential Tool

from MA wrote :

Love this trowel. Sturdy with long handle makes for easy planting and cultivating. The only trowel I use.

5 Stars Best trowel anywhere

from GA wrote :

Over the years I have probably purchased a dozen of these trowels as gifts, because this is the last trowel you'll ever need. It's long, so that you can get good leverage. It's strong, so it can deal with harder soils that would bend other trowels. It's hefty, so that you can use it on edge to break up soil clumps. I keep multiples in my workspace because despite all the other tools I have, this is the one trowel I really WANT to use.

This trowel is made in CHINA. Handel wiggles slightly not bad quality but disappointed.

5 Stars Nursery Trowel is the BEST EVER MADE

from GA wrote :

After you purchase a Nursery Trowel, there is no need to ever purchase another trowel in your lifetime. I own and cherish the Nursery Trowel I inherited from my Gardening Grandmother. This Nursery Trowel is strongly made, a joy to use and the best Housewarming gift ever!
