I live in a cold climate and needed a way to provide fresh water for the birds when temperatures were below freezing. My husband bought this for me for Christmas and I am thrilled with it. It tilts easily to clean and keeps the water from freezing. It does what it says it will. Imagine that! So many products don't anymore. The makers have thought of everything. They even provide 2 ways to attach it to the railing in case your rail is skinny or wide. The only thing I would like to see a little different is the length of the cord. It is too short, really. I haven't seen any birds at it yet, but I know they'll come.
